Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery method selected. We generally ship via USPS and ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
• Orders generally leave our fulfillment center in one to two business days.

Returns:

At Mark Jenkins Footwear we want you to love your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not happy you may return your purchase within thirty days of placing the order.

• All returns must be unworn and in brand-new condition with the original shoe box. Securely package your return with a copy of the packing slip and send it to the following address using the carrier of your choice.
• We always suggest obtaining a tracking number.
• Please send the shoe box in a shipping box.

• Once we receive your return, we will process it back to the original form of payment and send an email to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
• We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the item you desire and return the item you do not want using the instructions above.
